Processing Time
Once your order is placed, your furniture will be custom-made in our workshop in Turkey. Production typically takes about 2-3 weeks.
We share the final pictures for your confirmation before the dispatch. After your confirmation, your product will be prepared for shipping, and it will arrive at your door in 7-10 calendar days.
The production and preparation time for shipping your order may vary depending on the product. Please check the individual item descriptions for specific processing times.

Shipping Costs and Duties
- Shipping: Shipping is complimentary for all orders.
- Duties: Orders shipped to the USA are duty-free.
Shipping & Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Each item is wrapped with bubble wrap, reinforced with polyurethane corner protectors, and secured in honeycomb cardboard. Shipments are insured against damage during transit.
If you receive a product that is damaged beyond the packaging, please contact us immediately and file a report with the delivery personnel. We will arrange for a replacement promptly if necessary.
Customs and Import Taxes
Orders shipped to the USA are duty-free.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import duties. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
In most cases, import taxes or VAT are included in your purchase price. However, additional VAT charges may apply for deliveries to Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, as assessed by government authorities through shipping companies. Furniture Delivery & Inspection
Delivery
- You will receive email notifications regarding the scheduling of your furniture delivery.
- Adherence to the scheduled delivery time is important as the delivery team coordinates with other customers. Rescheduling may be hard for us.
- Ensure that the delivery area is clear of obstacles.
- The delivery company will place the furniture on your door but not move existing furniture or set up items like lamps or electronics.
Inspection
- Inspect your furniture upon arrival and note any damage on the shipper's waybill. Document any issues, no matter how minor, and get the delivery crew's signature.
- If damage is found, contact us immediately and provide photos for resolution.
- For minor damages, we may pursue repairs rather than replacements.
- Report any missing items or hardware immediately; we will assist with replacements or reorders.
Important Note: If you do not inspect your furniture at the time of delivery, we cannot assist with repairs or replacements for damage discovered later.
No Comments Means No Issues
By signing the delivery slip without comments, you confirm that your order arrived in perfect condition, releasing us and our shipping partners from any liability for damage.
