I also received a digital mock-up of the finished design along with progress photos so I could approve everything during production. We now have a lovely one-of-a-kind piece that we can enjoy for many years.
The bench is beautiful. The wood is solid, the green linen cover is rich looking. It was easy to assemble. My only complaint is that I was unable to prevent rocking without putting pads on some of the legs.

The quality of the coffee table is unexpectedly amazing. It is incredibly sturdy, was easy to put together, and thoughtfully made. We got this coffee table because the space we had was kind of small and we didn’t want a standard coffee table to overwhelm our space. The rounded edges mean you never hurt yourself too. Shipping with UPS was quick but production of the table took a while. Customer service does respond but not super quickly. Packaging was great too

The materials feel solid and high quality, and everything arrived extremely well packed. However, assembling the shelves required considerable effort. As another buyer mentioned, pre-drilled holes would make the process much easier because the shelves must be aligned very carefully; even a small mistake can create uneven sections or visible gaps. The wood finish is fairly light, so care is also needed to prevent scratches during assembly. Once completed, the shelves look excellent, feel exceptionally strong, and are quite heavy. Burak was accommodating with questions and special requests, although communication was inconsistent—some replies came quickly, while others took much longer.
We are thrilled with the table. It looks beautiful, matches the description, and has fully met our expectations.
