We pack your furniture in the safest and tightest possible way. Our products are carefully packaged for shipping, using bubble nylon, polyurethane corner protectors, and honeycomb cardboard to ensure safe transit. If you notice any damage to the product itself, please document it with the delivery personnel and notify us immediately. Please note that tabletops and legs are shipped separately, which may result in packages arriving on different
days.

Assembly is required. Our products are shipped unassembled with an assembly manual and all necessary parts. Using a basic electric drill, you can easily follow the instructions provided in the manual for smooth installation. Should you need assistance or have any questions during the process, our team is always available to help.

You can clean our products with a damp cloth, avoiding abrasive or chemical cleaners. Due to their natural wood construction, keep them away from direct heat, sunlight, and water. Also, avoid placing sharp or hard objects directly on the tabletop to prevent damage.
