We pack your furniture in the safest and tightest possible way. Our products are carefully packaged for shipping, using bubble nylon, polyurethane corner protectors, and honeycomb cardboard to ensure safe transit.

If you notice any damage to the product itself, please document it with the delivery personnel and notify us immediately.

Please note that tabletops and legs are shipped separately, which may result in packages arriving on different days.

Assembly is required. Our products are shipped unassembled with an easy assembly manual and all necessary parts. Using a basic electric drill, you can easily follow the instructions provided in the manual for smooth installation.

Should you need assistance or have any questions during the process, our team is always available to help.

• You can use a lightly damp cloth for cleaning. Dust can be removed with a dry cloth. Do not use bleach cleaning products.
• The spilled liquid should be cleaned as soon as possible with a dry cloth.

Customized, showroom items and special orders cannot be canceled or returned.
